Idk, but every game with Phill Look like archenemy. It is so sad to Look at

49:00 Spirited Companion & Wall of Omens and their green versions of Elvish Visionary & Wall of Blossoms (there are also multicolred ones) are really good in decks that care about bodies, etbs or need sac food. Especially in budget decks you almost never feel bad to play them, they offer some early game play or a set-up and make the deck a bit more consistent. They are the spellslingers cantrip versions.

Everybody calling out Phil for having ONE creature in his deck, the commander, while Richard totally circumvents the restriction by having artifacts and creatures in his deck.

You guys have some pull with WotC. Why not demand errata on this busted travesty? Just change it to read: "This ability triggers in total no more than twice each turn."

This card was designed for modern and it is really true that while sure commander players will look at every product, modern players hate that and WotC knows this so decided to just make MH3 precons.

Thank you for playing my idea! I don’t know if you got the idea from me but that is almost exactly what I suggested and I thought it made for a great game. We got to see some unusual choices though Phil and Crim certainly were still in their wheelhouse. I think that is worth doing again but everyone has to pick a card type they haven't chosen. I could see Richard building a very different kind of sorcery deck or Seth building a very different planeswalker deck for example.

I’ve really enjoyed Goldfish vids on RUclips, but it’s unfortunate that the website has gone so far downhill. Ads on the site are so invasive that it’s incredibly difficult to view articles, deck lists, metagame, etc without ads constantly popping up every 3 seconds. So bad that it even crashes the page at times because too many ads are trying to load. I will no longer support this channel or use the site

And this is why I stopped playing around MH1. I enjoyed modern for the ability to play janky decks in a non-rotating way, with occasional upgrades to fun builds. But my decks were UW emeria titan (which got completely overshadowed by the blink they wanted you to play), and tezzerator (which got replaced by urza as the by far best version). Seeing every set after just made it more and more impossible to keep up with "non-rotating" formats, since I can no longer reasonably return with an old deck without huge monetary investment. Same for EDH for all the same reasons.

I'm calling it now it's crap that Richard the artifact deck can play artifact creatures but Phil can't play the creature side of his adventure sorceries. Just saying if your gonna make that rule own it and play only straight artifacts.

I’ve used Armageddon as a win combo, oblivion ring, apocalypse and barren glory. I will keep it as a dead card in hand if I don’t have the combo. But I like to win in ways that aren’t frequently seen. I’ll even keep protection cards like silence, grand arbiter etc etc. so it’s less likely to get interrupted.

Nadu isn’t designed for commander though. It’s a modern card that’s legal in commander.

I've got an all-enchantments Anikthea deck (with Umori companion) and it rocks. I feel like Richard maybe held back by going for a colorless artifact commander instead of something like Breya. Bolas's Citadel alone would make me at least go for one of the Necrons.

With the constant increase of the power creep, and card rarities downgrading nowadays, I think you should reconsider playing pauper edh again. Maybe pauper EDH is a lot stronger now than the years before. Or even 1 game where you are only allowed to play reprints. (I know this comment is out of place, but don't know where else I could send this kind of message.)

I would have loved to see an all sorceries deck with Magar as the commander. You get creatures with sorceries.

I just want dockside banned. Just have one bar, set it real high, and if a card like dockside comes along you ban it. When it warps the entire cEDH format and casual players compare it to mana crypt, you ban it. If it’s not actively warping the format then you don’t ban it. It’s straight up the maxx “C” of commander. Ban it.
